How Pricing & Payment Works

  • To reserve your event date, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • The remaining balance is due 24 hours before your event.
  • We accept credit cards, debit cards, and Venmo, and an invoice will be provided for every booking.

If Plans Change

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a full (100%) refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellations made 14–30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Rental Period & Timing

  • Our standard rentals are for a single-day event unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
  • Setup typically takes place earlier on the day of your event.
  • Pickup happens the same night whenever possible, or the following morning if your event runs late.
  • Additional rental days are available with prior approval and may include an additional fee.

Delivery Area & Fees

  • Our standard delivery area includes locations within a 20-mile radius of Mason, Ohio.
  • Service area
  • Events outside of this radius may be subject to additional delivery fees.
  • Any applicable delivery fees will be communicated and confirmed prior to booking.
