How Pricing & Payment Works
- To reserve your event date, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance is due 24 hours before your event.
- We accept credit cards, debit cards, and Venmo, and an invoice will be provided for every booking.
If Plans Change
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a full (100%) refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made 14–30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Rental Period & Timing
- Our standard rentals are for a single-day event unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
- Setup typically takes place earlier on the day of your event.
- Pickup happens the same night whenever possible, or the following morning if your event runs late.
- Additional rental days are available with prior approval and may include an additional fee.
Delivery Area & Fees
- Our standard delivery area includes locations within a 20-mile radius of Mason, Ohio.
- Service area
- Events outside of this radius may be subject to additional delivery fees.
- Any applicable delivery fees will be communicated and confirmed prior to booking.
